Trainer + is a software platform that connects personal trainers and their clients with one another. It makes trainers accessible to clients between face-to-face workouts by allowing them to create and share custom workout programs, follow trainee progress, and stay in touch. Trainer + was launched in February 2013 and is based in Toronto, Ontario.
