They focus on acquiring, owning, operating and managing garden-style and mid-rise apartment communities in suburban submarkets of larger cities primarily in the southeastern United States, including Texas. They currently own and operate apartment communities in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.
