TopTierAgent was created to help buyers and sellers of real estate connect with the very best real estate professionals across the country. Founded by a Realtor, Steven Rutenberg, who recognized a need in the marketplace. Steven met with many people who felt they were not being adequately served by their Realtor during the buy/sell process and he knew there must be a better way. Utilizing his experience as an agent Steven knew that designations and other existing methods were not serving customers appropriately. Just like hiring an attorney, the best way to find a top real estate professional is via a referral from industry insiders. After significant research and of course trial and error Steven established the process used by TopTierAgent to this day.
