Property preservation is an industry of foreclosed properties. They take the property from eviction to turning it over to HUD. In this industry they have a high demand for rolloffs (15 to 30 cyd dumpsters), and now have the opportunity to expand into the rolloff industry. This will not only increase their Corp. revenue, but offer a great ability to infuse additional revenue by leasing the rolloffs to other companies on a time limit basis.
