Toonburi (툰부리) is a Korean webtoon platform. It enables users to create, modify, and share their own cartoons. Toonburi provides a light, web-based image tool with comic characters, backgrounds, and effects. The created comics can be used for social network service (SNS) content, blogs, information, and advertisements. Toonburi was launched in March 2013 in Seoul, Korea.
