The political and public appetite for social enterprise has come a long way since TW's predecessors Manchester Social Enterprise Forum and Manchester Progressive Enterprise Network merged back in 2007. TW formed with its mission to develop a strong, independent and inclusive social economy in Greater Manchester that delivers outstanding financial, social and environmental benefits to our communities.
