Titans Gym on the Wirral is the best equipped body building, strength training and strongman gym on the Wirral. We have more than 75 equipment stations including a huge range of Olympic weights, benches, dumbelles, stack machines, cardio vascular equipment, punchbags as well as a comprehensive range of strongman equipment. We also have a sports therapy clinic and an aerobics hall with dance classes.
