tickerTXT seeks to provide new web and mobile technologies to the developing world. By increasing the technological efficiency of trade and interaction between farmers and other business owners in rural communities, tickerTXT hopes to defeat the poverty cycle. tickerTXT was selected as the winner of Seedcamp Berlin and participated as a finalist in [Seedcamp](http://www.crunchbase.com/organization/seedcamp) 2008.
