About company

Ticanoia is an association for the promotion of the ICT ecosystem. It was founded with the aim of creating a space for reflection and proposals, at the regional level, on the aspects related to the incorporation and use of Information and Communication Technologies in companies in the territory of Anoia. It was founded in June 2013 as a spin-off of the UIC ICT Commission, which was created within the collaboration agreement established between the Anoia Business Union and the Official College of Computer Engineering of Catalonia (in the month of May 2008). Although it was formally established in June 2013 as an association, its activities in the field of ICT outreach have been carried out since July 2008.
