This Mum Runs is a fast growing women’s running community providing a genuine alternative to traditional running clubs and gyms for time strapped women who want something different. Launched in October 2014, they have grown to a community of over 4000 women, offering over 70 free runs every from 12 locations and a wide range of courses and classes for total beginners as well as more seasoned runners. They are women of all shapes, sizes and abilities. Some of us have never put a pair of trainers on in their lives, some of us have run all their lives. What unites us all is wanting a teeny bit of headspace and time for theirselves in the hectic-ness of work and kids and life.
