Since 2011, The Veggie Chef has been listening to people suffering from all sorts of health problems from IBS to acne. So in a weird and wonderful way they got to work and started researching how to enrich peoples experiences with pre-prepared vegan and gluten free meals. When one thinks of “pre-prepared” and “frozen” they automatically assume it to be bland, salt in a bowl, or full of preservatives. They have found a way to deliver their meals preservative free, while still keeping maximum nutritional value, taste, and texture.
