The Society Pages is an open-access social science project headquartered in the Department of Sociology at the [University of Minnesota](http://www.crunchbase.com/organization/university-of-mn) and supported by individual donors and publishing partner W.W. Norton & Company, Inc. It brings social science to broader public visibility and influence. The Society Pages’ team is made up of editors-in-chief, Doug Hartmann and Chris Uggen; associate editor, Letta Page; graduate editor, Evan Stewart; Jon Smajda, web editor; intern, Brittany; and an accomplished student board. The Society Pages was founded in 2010 and is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
