The Lucky Fig is a ‘farm to streets’ food truck serving Modern Italian creations by Luca Manfè. They design their menu by looking at what is currently available at the local markets, searching for the best and freshest ingredients and relying in local farmers they trust. They use meat that only comes from the Dallas area farms. Bison, beef and lamb are grass fed and pastured; pork is non GMO, no corn and no soy fed. The food is inspired by Italian classics, transformed with a twist of modern street food. Meatballs, riceballs and polenta fries are definitely ‘fan favorites’, but they are bringing truck food to another level with homemade bread for their panini and homemade pasta.
