Created early this year by Pierre­-Louis Phelipot, a French native­born passionate about cooking,and former Managing Director of a big company, The London Jam Factory is based in Highbury-London, and produces Jams and Preserves with half of the amount of sugar that other jams contain and with very interesting twist. Pierre-­Louis has created 5 different collections (spring, summer, autumn, winter and classic), with numerous limited editions being the reflection of its creativity. Their jams are traditionally made in a copper pan, without any preservative or any gelling agent. They act with uncompromising honesty and integrity in everything they do. Satisfy their customers with superior quality, value and service is their motto.
