TheJobPost connects employers with recruitment consultancies. Our primary role is to facilitate the flow of talent, in the form of candidates for professional roles, to employers. Candidates are in every case, represented by recruitment consultancies registered with TheJobPost. (Candidates who approach us directly are advised to register with one of our recruiters). We are a completely independent business with no direct affiliation to any recruitment firm. This enables us to engage with any recruitment business giving TheJobPost greater access to a pool of recruitment talent than the top 10 recruitment firms combined. All of our registered recruitment consultancies operate with equal ranking. Their profitability on our platform is entirely merit based and reliant on the quality of their candidates and their consultants' ability to assess and represent those candidates.
