We are a fully underground winery located in Napa Valley on 41 acres in the hills above the Stags Leap District. The Caves at Soda Canyon is a service based business. We provide the space, equipment and staffing to 4 wine making families. These families are the tenants of the caves and currently we are at maximum capacity. We have already excavated another 10,000 square feet of caves and are looking to raise the funds needs to finish this portion of the caves as well as pay down a significant portion of the company debt. Our business opened on September 3, 2013 and we have been steadily busy with visitors touring and tasting and most importantly, buying wine.
