We are currently seeking funding to get a frozen pizza manufacturing facility up and running in NJ. Our product, Upper Krust Pizza, is poised to reenter the frozen food marketplace. At our height, we had a presence in over 1200 supermarkets in the NY metropolitan area in the late 1990s. Based on previous experience, we forecast an operation making and distributing over 10,000 pies a week in year 1, growing to over 100,000 pies a week within 4 years. This will allow our investor to recover full initial investment within 4 years, with profits for the investor of over $900k per year for years 5 and 6. Royalties on each pie sold will be offered for years 7,8,9, and 10. Several key players in the frozen pizza market currently have over $300 million in annual sales, with Digornos surpassing $1 billion in annual sales. We feel strongly that we have a product that is superior in both taste and appearance to all the current high sales pizzas offered in supermarkets throughout the United States.
