The RiverHouse Group is a health education and communication company focused on in-patient hospital education using new technology to improve discharge planning and reduce hospital readmissions. Co-founders, Tara Traeder and Stacey Dickert founded The RiverHouse Group in 2014 and manage all current operations. Trusted mentors with expertise in hospital and healthcare operations and health communication research provide support for product development and testing. Programs are condition-specific and integrated with electronic medical record data to provide tailored behavior-change education. First round seed funding is underway to develop the first ready-for-market product for heart failure education. A complete library of condition-specific, interactive, personalized patient education programs will be developed.
