The Prosperity Center improves lives by creating a one-stop resource for individuals and families to improve financial knowledge, skills, and stability. Prosperity Center programs create Pathways to Financial Stability for local ALICE households. The Prosperity Center is a partnership among United Way of Frederick County and many individual, nonprofit, business and government partners.
