A woman-owned small business with DBE status, it has provided consulting services to various state and Federal government agencies, primarily in the area of Homeland Security and disaster response. Palisades has developed a reputation for excellence in analysis and planning for emergency management and public health scenarios. Through the years of experience and access to the procedures and policies associated with response to catastrophic events, Palisades is in the unique position to identify core needs in the response community.
