The Kendal Group was formed by Daniel and Leo Gestetner in early 2003 with the aim of acquiring a number of Sports & Leisure brands. In July 2003 Kendal made its first acquisition, Zoggs, the market leading Swim Equipment and Swimwear brand. The Kendal management team includes experienced Sports & Leisure and Consumer Goods industries executives and a first class team of non-executives with a variety of industry experiences.
