The Growth Works is a boutique growth consultancy led by James Lemon, a travel industry and strategy expert. It helps clients solving for growth challenges by assembling ad hoc, flexible, cost-efficient teams of highly-skilled freelancers to work on their specific projects, under the lead of James and the core team. James Lemon is a travel-industry veteran who led strategic initiatives at scale-up Travelport, Fortune-500 IHG and European leader of travel rentals Hostmaker before founding his own shop.
