We are an ecological bat consultancy. Our specialist experts carry out bat surveys, helping developers, home-owners, planners & architects with their planning applications. We carryout EPS mitigation licence applications and issue survey reports & advice. We help with bats in houses, buildings, barns, churches, bridges, cellars, trees & flight lines such as hedgerows & woodlands. Projects include: Building renovations, demolition, conversions, new builds, roof repairs & large developments. Bats are protected under law, which means that sometimes work evolving around bats and their roosts may have to be carried out under a mitigation licence issued by Natural England, the governing body for England's wildlife. Dusk and dawn emergence bat surveys carried out on buildings can help determine if bats are present. Bats frequently roost in buildings with suitable features such as gaps between the tiles and roofing felt, within the loft space/roof itself, in holes and gaps in stonework, cavity walls, soffits, behind
