As a keen swimmer who's been in the water almost daily for the last twenty years, I started this blog as a place for me and other swimmers to share tips and discuss our common interest. If you're new to the joy of swimming, you'll find helpful posts on improving the various types of swimming strokes, including the front crawl, butterfly stroke and trudgen.
