Tech Network for Women (THINK) is a network with a mission to inspire more women to seek education and jobs in technology. The world is in the midst of a technological revolution leading to major changes in society. Unfortunately, women are drastically under-represented both in the educational pathways and technological professions. Norway will need several thousand technologists over the next ten years, when it is not enough that half of the population chooses away.
