Tenax Sild A / S produces processed fish products, in the form of quality fish in stock and dressings as well as fish fry dishes. The customers are both large Danish retail chains and leading foodservice companies. Tenax Sild acquired the competitor Lykkeberg in 2015, which complements Tenax on both the customer and product side and has a number of strong brands in particular retail. The acquisition has created a market leader in Denmark in the field of herring products.
