These other topics are related to the current changes taking place in the print and digital publishing industries. Teleread was launched in 1995 by H. Rothman of LibraryCity.org, and is now owned by North American Publishing Company. It is a member of the Technology Tell media network, and is managed and operated by NAPCO’s Consumer Technology Publishing Group. It is based in Philadelphia, P.A.
