Tele-Com Bergen took the initiative in 2002 to establish the Telecom Norden, and today together with the Nordic region's 16 leading Alcatel-Lucent dealers is one of the owners. The group has established a nationwide collaboration on competence building, service and development which means a local affiliation with a nationwide scope and power to product suppliers where they as a supplier have influence and simplify access to key personnel at the manufacturers. All companies in the group have access to a total of about 40 certified technicians with very high competence distributed throughout the country through established agreements.
