Initially, TeamEDA was formed as a value-added re-seller for several high-technology software and hardware companies. These companies included Platform Computing (LSF), OpenIT, Tidal Software, Agnisys, License Dashboard, Univa, Rackable Systems, and SGI. The company was founded in 2004 by Guy Haas and is headquartered in Manchester, New Hampshire.
