Shell Eco-marathon, is a Shell sponsored educational event held worldwide, annually (Asia, Europe, and Americas). It targets the following areas: Designing, manufacturing and driving a super mileage, fuel efficient and eco-friendly vehicle. Attainment of highest possible fuel-efficiency. Providing an opportunity to young engineers and students to implement practical and technical aspects of their education. Encouragement to students to find potential solutions for current and future energy crisis, faced by the automobile sector, using their innovative ideas.
