“Tax-Aid has prepared my taxes for several years. One year while I was getting my taxes done a Tax-Aid volunteer invited me to become a volunteer. That was 10 years ago! AND SO, I’ve learned to give back to my community by assisting with translation from Spanish to English and preparing BASIC income tax returns. Minnie, KINDLY gave me a letter of recommendation and it helped me to let potential employers know more about my personality. Now I have a new job in finance!”
