The platform grants companies the opportunity to simultaneously engage, inform, and reward their customer base in realtime without having to spend excessive amounts of time and resources to do so. One post alone can simultaneously update, incentivize, and reward any existing or potential customers for days. Founded in 2013, Tapp is headquartered in Greater Washington D.C. with intentions to expand to Santa Monica CA soon. The company will generate revenue by charging companies a fee of$0.99 a day for upgraded membership.
