Tap2Ask is an online platform that enables its users to check menus, order food, and pay for meals at restaurants, bars, and hotels. Available in many languages, it allows foreigners to access the platform through their mobile phones. Users of Tap2Ask have to scan a QR code provided by the restaurant to access the menu offered by the restaurant. The platform allows its users to call on a waiter for questions by pressing a button on the screen, track their orders in real time, and leave reviews when they are done. Tap2Ask was launched on July 7, 2012, and is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
