The Taloset service is designed to facilitate the day-to-day lives of the property manager, the housing company, and the partner and resident. Taloset is a browser-based condominium management and communication software for use by the property manager and hosting company. In addition to the property manager, the guide provides its own user interfaces to the members of the board of directors, the service company and the shareholders and residents.
