Talentify offers interested students opportunities for personal development and future planning. In return, they should "get help, give help," according to the principle support their fellow students with tutoring (tutoring). Thus valuable extracurricular experiences are collected and those students supported, for that would not be the same level of funding possible without alternative approaches in the current system. Through this cycle, which specifically promotes the potential of students, the cohesion of the school social mobility can be strengthened and increased.
