They founded TalentCove a year ago with the belief that good software must help people be more effective, save time and achieve greater balance and happiness in their lives. As managers ourselves, they wanted to build a light-weight execution tool that will help managers build high performance teams. They believe that individual empowerment, a focus on goals, teamwork and ongoing feedback are at the heart of how people, teams and organizations work smarter and realize their full potential at work. Combining that philosophy and Google's OKR goal setting methodology, they built Cove app. The Cove app empowers people, teams and organizations to set, accomplish and exceed their goals.
