Founded by Rafael (Raf) McDonnell, who has over 20 years of experience working with the biggest names in the music and entertainment industry and some of the biggest global brands. Raf started his career working in FMCG brands with senior sales and marketing roles at Fosters Beer, Walkers Crisps and Coca-Cola. He then moved into the Entertainment Industry as Senior Vice President at leading Record Label - EMI Music.
