The Firm will consider a variety of transaction types, including MBO’s, growth capital financings, recapitalizations, take privates, and corporate divestitures. Takoda Group LLC was formerly known as Takoda Capital Partners. The Firm was formed in 2005 and is based in Beachwood, Ohio.
