T.A.F.F. stands for Talkin'about Food Forum. It is a completly free high accuracy source of technical-scientifical information about Food Science and Technology. Within taff.biz, the Food Technologists may found usefull information and share their knowledges and experiences. The main purpose of this project is the spread and the improvment of Food Science and Technology across the web, for a better and safer food production, characterized by higher consciousness among the food operators and consumers. Since the Talkin'about Food Forum was originally developed by italian guys, its main language is italian. The foreign professionals who want to access the italian version, should be helped by the translation tools like the Google Translator (or similar web services). Anyway the staff is working on the english version that is already acessible. Every english mother tongue food technologist is warmly invited to contribute to the growth of the english version.
