SynStream Energy Corp. (formerly Saccharum Energy Corp.) was incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) on May 15, 2007 and classified as a Capital Pool Company as defined in Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange. The Corporation completed its qualifying transaction on June 25, 2010 and is a publicly traded company on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SHM.V. The Corporation is currently engaged in Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) development, as well as the acquisition, exploration, development and production of petroleum and natural gas reserves in Western Canada.
