Jan’s passion for fine homebuilding began in the late 70′s while he was working his way through college as a trim and framing carpenter. For the next decade, J.T. Duncan Construction Co. was Jan’s outlet to provide quality remodeling services to his customers. After completing his MBA in 1992, Jan incorporated Synergy Construction Company and began a serious quest to provide preeminent residential remodeling services to homeowners in Johnson County and the Kansas City metropolitan area.
