SyncDevelopHER was founded in 2013 by Vickie Allen in order to promote gender equality in the technology industry. Based in Norwich they run regular meetups with female role models speaking to encourage more women to attend tech meetups and showcase the females that are working in tech. Anyone is welcome to attend and all events are free. They rely entirely on their sponsors, Tipsy and Tumbler , Naked Element and No8 Business Rooms
