Swasth India is a social business working towards improving the health of low-income segments in urban and rural India. The company is driven by the motto “Health for All”. India’s healthcare scenario has seen significant improvements, enhancements and innovations in the past few years along various dimensions – expanding network of private healthcare providers, a competitive pharmaceutical industry and dynamic health insurance products. Swasth India aims to extend these benefits (which, till now, have been accessible and affordable only to the high-income segments) to even the low-income segments. Swasth is addressing the health challenge in the slums of Mumbai, through a network of Health Centers (conveniently located in slums), providing affordable and high-quality primary-preventative health services under one roof. The company operates 3 other initiatives in the communities we serve - Community Outreach Program, School Health Program and Swasth Dental Centers.
