About company
SunDrum is a project of the Centre for Integral Economics, an award winning charitable organization based in BC that works to integrate economy and culture. We have run day long programs in several First Nation communities and are building a longer intensive program available to both schools and youth groups. Our team is status First Nation, Metis and non-Indigenous. We all have strong experience working with youth and in First Nation communities. We believe that youth grounded in the culture have the ability to transform their local economies and through learning the skills of entrepreneurship they can see themselves as job creators, well beyond a job seeker. We harness creativity, oral culture training modules, videos and art to make the skills of building a business simple and straight forward.
