Subleasr is an online peer-to-peer based marketplace designed to help college students list or locate an apartment or house to sublease in their respective communities. We have witnessed firsthand in our years as undergraduate students just how much of a hassle finding someone to fill your lease can be, and how big of a negative impact paying rent when you're away for months at a time can have. Subleasr aims to eliminate the struggle of having to rely on word of mouth or scrambling through social media and unrelated marketplaces to find or fill a lease. We bring safety and simplicity to subleasing by streamlining the process and securing all communications and transactions between parties.
