Stream control was established in 2004, and developed Aqua-Guard. The Company joined the technological incubator of Yozmot HaEmek Ltd. and initiated in developing the preliminary prototype. This prototype over went a long series of tests and improvements until proved itself with great success in the test-run in Jerusalem city. The final product was completed following the development of a designated low-energy controller allowing nonstop self-operation for approximately 3 years, with the assistance of ROTEM Control & Management Company.
