SteerPeer is an online hub for those who peer tutor. A peer tutor is anyone who is of a similar status as the person being tutored. A peer tutor's job is to help out teachers by teaching peers who need help while keeping track with his/her own academic life. Although this may sound tough, peer tutoring can be rewarding: peer tutors make new friends, learn more about themselves, are praised by teachers, and add zest to their resumes.
