STEAM Role is a role model social network (mobile app) for finding your dream career by following the roadmaps of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) role models. STEAM Role’s mission is to showcase ethnically, racially and genderly diverse STEAM professionals and their career roadmaps to provide inspiration, exposure, and guidance to teens and young adults who aspire to become them. Additionally, STEAM Role provides a SaaS-based Diverse Talent Pipeline Platform (DTPP) to assist companies by enabling them to inspire, track and hire diverse talent. STEAM Role's DTPP makes it possible for diversity and talent acquisition professionals within companies to build a strong pipeline of developing candidates by tracking their credentials and progress as they acquire the necessary skills to be hired.
