SPOTECH is an abbreviation for “Spot X Tech” and it is Japan's first global platform to remotely adopt an on-the-spot skilled global IT freelancers in order to solve issues with the danger of the IT workforce becoming short-staffed by 2030. We will solve the ”Language Barrier", ”Management" and ”Cultural Barrier” which are issues to adopt global IT freelancers remotely by using the latest artificial intelligence and technology. An iOS App "SPOTECH” is an application created by two global engineers who have main jobs and worked for only 1.5 months in total under direction of our COO.
