Spendgate is an online tool, designed for SMEs, for the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable. Spendgate can be connected to your accounting system and can allow you to both automatically and efficiently chase customers for payment through a highly flexible automatic chase system allowing the automatic generation of reminder emails, letters and the automatic scheduling of chase calls. Spendgate also includes a workflow system for the management of supplier invoices. Simple workflows can be created to automatically route supplier invoices around an organisation for approval prior to being posted to a compatible accounting system.
